Our noodle production line can meet the process requirements of producing different types of noodles; it can produce high-quality noodles under any climatic conditions; the noodle mixer adopts elliptical paddle double-axis double-speed technology to add more water, and the material and water are more evenly combined; the ripening machine adopts W-type double pot technology; the noodle rolling machine adopts 7-10 pairs of cold hard alloy rollers, and the drying adopts low-temperature slow drying process, unique wire rope transmission device, the hook is fixed on the wire rope, and the noodles run smoothly and without dirt; the cutting adopts pneumatic cutting technology (or automatic roller cutting technology); the noodles produced are uniform in color, and the noodles are chewy, refreshing and pure in taste after being cooked.
